Core Structure

• Insulated Walls: The north side is the main insulated wall (0.6–1.2m thick), with gable walls on the east and west sides, preventing heat loss and forming a closed, insulated space.

• Skylight Roof: The south side has an arched/sloping roof with an angle of 30°–40° (adapted to local latitude), using a hot-dip galvanized steel pipe frame for stability and maximum light transmission.

• Covering Materials: The skylight surface uses 12–15 micron PO anti-drip film (high-end models use PC polycarbonate sheets), covered with an insulating blanket at night, and equipped with an electric rolling shutter.

• Supporting Facilities: Standard configuration includes a rolling shutter machine, insulation blanket, and side windows; optional features include shading, integrated water and fertilizer system, and intelligent temperature control. Auxiliary heating equipment can be added in high-altitude and cold regions.
