Core Structure

Single-layer frame: Utilizing a single-layer hot-dip galvanized steel pipe arch frame, it is lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant. The arch frame is directly fixed to the foundation, resulting in a simple structure that maximizes the use of planting space inside the greenhouse. The absence of an inner and outer arch spacing design eliminates the material costs associated with double-layer structures.

Single-layer film: Only one layer of film is laid, using 10-12 mil PO long-life anti-drip film or PE anti-aging film. It has good light transmittance and UV resistance, meeting the light requirements for crop growth while reducing condensation inside the greenhouse. No additional inner film is needed, simplifying the structure and reducing investment.

Walls and Supporting Facilities: Single-arch, single-sunlight greenhouses can be fitted with simple rammed earth or brick walls (0.4–0.6m thick) to enhance insulation. Standard accessories include manual or electric film rollers, insect nets, and simple insulation blankets. No complex equipment such as gutters or snow shakers is needed, making it suitable for small-scale planting and easy to maintain.
