Material Composition
Base Material
Food-grade /industrial-grade polycarbonate (PC) resin, high impact resistance, wide temperature resistance.
Functional Additives
1. UV coating (single/double side): Blocks UV rays, anti-aging & anti-yellowing
2. Anti-aging agent: Improves outdoor weatherability and prolongs service life
3. Thermal insulation additive: Enhances heat insulation of hollow structure
4. Antistatic agent (optional): Reduces dust adhesion and maintains high light transmittance

Key Function Analysis
High Light Transmission & Diffusion
PC sheet has light transmittance close to glass. Diffused type provides soft & even light, avoids direct burn and improves photosynthesis efficiency.
UV Resistance & Anti-aging
Double-sided UV coating effectively blocks UV rays. No yellowing, cracking or brittleness outdoors, service life up to 10–20 years.
Thermal Insulation
Hollow structure forms insulation air layer, keeps warm in winter and cool in summer, more energy-saving than glass, greatly reduces greenhouse heating & cooling cost.
Impact & Wind/Snow Resistance
PC material has impact resistance over 200 times that of glass. Light weight & high strength, resist strong wind, hail and heavy snow pressure, safe and unbreakable.
