Key Function Analysis
When using ordinary PE film, temperature difference causes water vapor to condense into water droplets inside the film. It will lead to crop diseases and reduce light transmittance.
With special surfactant formula, our film spreads condensed water into a uniform water layer flowing down along the film. No dripping, no light blocking, keeping the greenhouse dry and reducing crop disease rate by more than 30%.
Ordinary PE film becomes brittle and cracks within 1 year under strong sunlight. Our film added with UV stabilizer can absorb UV rays, slow down aging and greatly prolong service life.
We can customize high UV resistance formula for strong sunlight areas such as California, Australia and other regions.
The film has good infrared barrier property, reducing heat loss at night. It can increase greenhouse temperature by 3-5℃ compared with open-field planting.
