II、Materials Used (Primarily Sunlight-Friendly, Durable and Aesthetically Pleasing)

1、Main Frame (Core Load-Bearing, Does Not Block Sunlight)

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (mainstream model): Specifications are φ25mm/φ32mm round pipes with a wall thickness of 1.0-1.2mm. They are made using hot-dip galvanizing technology, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, and has an outdoor service life of 15-20 years. They are lightweight and easy to assemble and disassemble, with a slender frame that does not block sunlight. They are suitable for various sunroom designs and can effectively support the covering material while ensuring light transmission.

2、Covering materials (core sunroom compatibility, 3 mainstream options)

① PC Hollow Sun Sheet (Recommended): 4-6mm thick, hollow structure, 80% light transmittance, with UV protective coating, excellent thermal insulation (2 times that of single-pane glass, 5-6 times that of film), hail impact resistant, 10-15 year lifespan, durable and not prone to aging, the preferred covering material for sunrooms.

② Tempered Glass (High-End): 5mm thick, 97% light transmittance, excellent light transmittance, aesthetics, durability, and sound insulation, suitable for high-end small sunrooms. Disadvantages include heavy weight, high cost, and the need for a thicker frame support; only suitable for low-ceiling small sunrooms.

③ PE Anti-fog Film (Economy): 120-140g/㎡, 85% light transmittance,  waterproof and anti-fog, affordable, easy to install, 2-3 year lifespan, suitable for those with limited budgets, short-term use, or temporary protection. Disadvantages include average thermal insulation and the need for annual inspection and replacement.
